Payment & Refund Policy
Payment in full is due upon booking.
The charter trip is held in rain or shine and at all temperatures. There are no refunds for a completed fishing trip. This includes partially completed trips at the customer request. For example: seasickness, weather, overheating, exhaustion, or any personal issues.
100 percent refund if canceled more than 14 days prior to the charter trip.
50 percent refund if canceled between 3 days (72 hours) and 14 days prior to the charter trip.
There are no refunds for cancellations made by the client 3 days (72 hours) prior to your trip launch.
Charter trips may be rescheduled once with at least 3 days (72 hours) notice. Refunds are not available for the cancellation of a rescheduled trip.
You will receive a full refund or reschedule the date of the charter is canceled by the Captain due to extreme sea conditions. This includes: Tropical storm or hurricane, or unusually rough sea conditions.
